Hello! I'm Caodan Tran (I go by K.O), and I'm excited to be on this journey with you. I am a first generation Vietnamese American and I am married with one dog and three cats. Currently, I am focused on building my online coaching platform and cultivating a wellness community.
While my professional background has been in the culinary arts, sales, and TV production, my heart truly belongs to the world of fitness and wellness. I've experienced the transformative power of adopting a healthier lifestyle, and now, my mission is to help you unlock your full potential.

My fitness journey began as a personal quest to find the best version of myself. I have always wanted to look on the outside like I feel on the inside: strong. It continues to be a journey of self-discovery, resilience, and passion. My own transformation and experience with the CaseyTrain team has inspired me to share my knowledge and experiences. The CaseyTrain community has changed my life and I aim to do the same for others.

When I'm not coaching or working out, you can find me pursuing my other passions. I have a love for travel, building a community, and exploring new physical activities. I love learning new things and enjoy tackling DIY projects at home, which I find to be both creatively fulfilling and a great workout in itself.
